Assessment Services Monitoring
Assessment Services has been providing court ordered diversion/monitoring services since 1996. We currently supervise clients in 23 different municipalities and 3 district courts in the state of Kansas.
If you have been placed on court ordered supervision, you should contact Assessment Services within the court ordered time frame (usually 48 to 96 hours) at 913-768-9777 x 1. You will be given an initial appointment where we will go over the requirements that you will need to complete in order to finish the program successfully. You will be given information on where you can complete your classes or counseling during this appointment. Please make sure you fully understand ALL your requirements. It your responsibility to provide your monitor with all class/counseling completion information.
During the time that you are on supervision, you will need to report to the monitor at Assessment Services on a monthly basis via telephone or in-person meetings. If you miss an appointment or forget to call during your reporting period, it is your responsibility to contact your monitor. Multiple missed appointments will be reported to the court as a violation.
Alcohol and drug use is prohibited while you are under court supervision. You will be subject to urinalysis (UA) testing. The UA testing process will be explained to you during your initial appointment. All positive UA tests are reported to the court and may result in revocation of your diversion/probation. If your doctor has prescribed you medication, please provide copies of those prescriptions to your monitor. Urinalysis testing information is below:
